We are a factory.

Can I visit you?
Sure. Our factory is in Anji, Zhejiang, China. If you are a volume buyer and would like to visit our in-house products, please contact us to make an appointment.

What are your main products?
Our main products are bar stools and office furniture, including office chairs, leisure chairs, dining chairs, and gaming chairs.

Can you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we can. Custom orders are also welcome.

Can you put my logo on the chair?
Yes. You can send us your fabric logo, and we can put it on the chair. We can also print your trademark on the box.

Do your products have certifications such as BS5852?
We can provide BS5852 fire-resistance and load-bearing test reports upon request to meet commercial import standards.

How do you control product quality? Is there an inspection process?
We conduct incoming material checks, inline inspections, and finished-product inspections. Third-party inspection before shipment is also available.

What is your solution if quality issues happen after delivery?
We will verify complaints quickly. If defects are caused by our production, we will negotiate solutions including spare-parts reshipment, replacement, or compensation.

How about sample cost and lead time?
Sample costs can be refunded when the bulk order reaches the agreed quantity. Standard samples take 15–30 days; custom new styles take longer.
